Должностные обязанности:
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural disasters. We offer assistance to people based on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. MSF Ukraine is looking for:
Supply Officer
Main duties:
• Plan, coordinate and supervise the Supply activities at mission level;
• Develops communication network between the Supply team and the other mission actors (departments, coordination, projects);
• Ensure proper implementation of the supply guideline, at capital and field level;
• Define and provide the suitable tools to support Supply Activities;
• Plan Supply Activities in response to the requests and their priorities;
• Receives the Order Request or Internal Request: analyses them together with the coordination;
• Make all necessary documents in LogistiX 7 and other data bases;
• Communicate regularly and on demand with initial requesters: receive requess, validation progress, confirmation, RTS & monitoring;
• Together with stock-keeper receives supplies and check the reception documents, quantities and quality before writing comments, dating and signing;
• Follow the payment for suppliers;
• Responsible for the supply database and the correct filing and archiving of the supply documentation and guarantees the availability and the coherence of supply data;
• Is the contact person for the national suppliers, communicates regularly with them: confirmation, RTS, monitoring and administrative constraints.

Requirements
• Essential degree and specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Essential previous working experience of at least two years in relevant jobs.
• Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must
• Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet)
• Good communication skills and leadership qualities
• Mobility and flexibility, willing to work in the multicultural team
