Должностные обязанности:
Organize, implement and coordinate all the HR specific activities according to the legal provisions in Russia Federation and according to the standards of EGGER Group;
Assure the whole Payroll process;
Coordinate and organize employment paperwork and administration of employees;
Maintain records in SAP program;
Prepare staff budgets (wages, taxes, training, etc.);
Coordinate internal communication by means of intranet with regard to plant-wide questions.
Требования:
More than 3 years in Human Resources Management;
Good knowledge of Russian Federation labor legislation;
Fluent in English (German language can be considered a plus);
Relevant experience in sphere of HR Administration, Payroll, Legal topics;
Analytical thinking, problem solving and very good organizing skills;
Comprehensive IT knowledge (SAP HR, MS Office, etc.).
